The villager is the hometown standby. It's open when several of the other restaurants are closed. Has great food and a nice atmosphere. If you're a fan of the turkey or corn beef Rueben, this place has a very good one. Their specials are also a good choice.
Heather was super capable at juggling large groups while not forgetting the couples. Enjoyed her dry/friendly personality. The customers were welcoming. The large group were some of the Local Geezer's Band celebrating a 70th Birthday.
Best wet burrito!!! One of our visits to Charlevoix each year has to include a wet burrito. I love the consistency. Its always just what I am expecting. On our girls trips we love to sit at the round table in the window and people and boat watch. Customer service has always been good and the restaurant is always clean. I highly recommend you try this place.
