Food was good, except for the hard top buns. I didn't get the sauce I wanted they gave me marinara which has tomato paste in it and I did tell them I was allergic to tomatoes ?. The lady taking my order didn't hear me very well. But the guy who gave me my food forgot my drink then had to make sure I wasn't lying about my said drink, gave me a medium instead of a large and even then after I said I thank you he gave me the most sarcastic "you... Are... Welcome?" Almost like a question. The interaction was just too bizarre not to share.

I used to give them four stars but now I only give them one because my gyro was so greasy and my chicken sandwich the chicken was so thin and hard and fries were cold and this was in store ordering

Ordered through the drive thru they told me to pull forward because they were making fresh fries. Not even a full minute after pulling forward the young lady brought me my food. I grabbed a fry they were ice cold and tasted disgusting. Not to mention I ordered a large fry and the box wasn’t even halfway full. The buns on the beef and cheddars weren’t even toasted like they were supposed to be and the were so slopped together the sandwiches all needed to be eaten with a fork not to mention the meat was cold enough it felt like it came straight from the fridge. I quickly remembered why I stopped frequenting this particular arbys after receiving my order. Utterly disappointed in the work ethic and quality of food the kids in there are willing to hand out.

Service has always been amazing to me. I don't care what these people write in these reviews. I read them and very much disagree with the poor reviews. Food is always good and hot and carefully rereading the order to ensure my order is correct. They're always so nice and will do anything to make sure you get the service you deserve. Props to the general manager, Zoey! She's absolutely amazing and so sweet!
Zoey Is an amazing general manager....she was laughing with her co workers and u could tell they where having fun. My food came out hot and was prepared amazing. I also love all the little touches that they have in the lobby. Bring back the potato

All of our food was cold! The oil that they use tasted gross, and our food sat around for 3 minutes while they made my husband's curley fries, then she rechecked our food outside the window in 25° weather...hmm, can't imagine our food being cold.My Jamoca shake tasted like a regular chocolate shake, no sauce for the cold, tough mozzarella sticks.Spent $40.00 for cold, yucky food!!I can't give this establishment a good review. It has bad management and needs the owner to overhaul its employee list on many levels.Parking: The parking lot is usually empty, though there are 3 or 4 spaces next to the building. Watch for parking lot potholes.Wheelchair accessibility: This does offer an entrance, I believe, for wheelchair access in and out of the bldg. but not much sidewalk to maneuver in and out on.
