Very professional staff! WE screwed up our order and they were very understanding about it. I'm sure they had a good laugh after we left, which we totally deserved! Thank you for your smiles!
I stopped in the drive thru while traveling home for the weekend and had an issue with my order. When I called back after getting home, I gave them a call and we're working it out. I'm thankful that they answered the phone and that they are helping me despite not being local. Thank you, Arby's Charlotte!
