I wanted to thoroughly enjoy this restaurant when I brought my young boys here because of it's history, nostalgia, and memories that I had of this chain as a child...but like many great chains of the past, this one too has lost it's way. During this visit the waitress was very kind and timely but when she went to cash me out the manager on duty was very snotty and rude to the waitress saying about the hot food goes first before anything so I told the waitress go ahead I can wait but the level of rudness was unreal there's a better way to handle things be a team player not a drill Sargent
It's been a while since my wife and I had eaten at a big boy and we really loved our food, the waitress was really friendly and our cashier gave us a little turtle which was a cute surprise and has a permanent home on my wife's dash board
