Hit or miss somedays your order is right but half the time they forget something just like every other fast food restaurant they can't get simple orders right. So you pay for items you don't get.

NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY!
Gave us the wrong food, we took it back to the counter. They proceeded to give it to the next guy in line saying it was part of his order. Not cool. I think the employee was new, but still...:(

This is the first KFC I have been to in 20 years where they actually know how to batter and cook the chicken properly. I have gone to some stores recently where it looked like they sprinkled spices and baked the chicken. I don't go to those KFCs anymore. The next time I drive by Charlotte I will definitely make sure to stop in again.
