It all depends on the time and day you go. A lot of the night shift workers are extremely rude. The day shift is normally the better time to go. Food is normally decent every now, and then I get a sausage bagel instead of steak.

We've been to this location a few times over the year, and every time we are at this location in Charlotte, they always forget something we ordered. We mostly didn't catch it until we got home until this last visit. They had us park to wait. Once our food was brought to us, I made my husband wait as I worked hard for my money and don't treat our selves to McDonald's often, so when I checked, they missed my 2 mc chickens. So when the lady finished helping her customer, I called her over to our vehicle. She took care of us and got me the sandwiches and apologized as they had several waiting to go to customers. It sounded like they were overwhelmed. Other locations we normally don't have this issue. They could probably use some more staff or better training hard to say for sure as I don't work their.
Love McDonald's fries! Always have been my favorite.

Kiosk didn't provide receipt. Was IGNORED by Manager when I asked for one. Food arrived 20 MINUTES LATER. Asked for light sauce on Big Mac and received it with no lettuce or pickle. SECOND RUN-IN WITH THIS MANAGER. Also, STORE IS FILTHY.Better service, better food at APPLEBEES for the same price.

Seriously!? This place use to be good but now Everytime you go through they want you to pull up and wait, which would be fine but then you get food there cold and grease soaked?
I LOVE THIS MCDONALDS! My colleagues and I most recently enjoyed this franchise at 10pm and were greeted by smiling employees. The lobby was very spaced out and our group was able to sit comfortable, in a clean well kept environment. We ordered $30 of ice cream, and most of us were pleased. I am slightly disappointed in the fact that the McFlurry’s are no longer stirred, the toppings are only placed on top. Overall, this establishment holds a special place in our hearts, and easily takes the cake for the best McDonalds in Charlotte MI!

Getting real sick of having to wait 20 plus minutes for food after ordering. Then get the food and something is always wrong or missing. Today I waited for over 20 minutes for two happy meals. If I want to wait that long I can go sit down somewhere and have an actual meal!

Order was not correct and it took over 15 minutes to receive it. I didn't order pancakes but I seem to have paid for them. Eggs were cold and runny, liquid filled the tray and my sausage was floating in it. Hash browns were cold. I was given 6 butters and 5 jams which I said I didn't need, all of this got thrown out, what a waste. All the tables were filthy along with the floor. The decor is bland and not welcoming.
