We've been to this location a few times over the year, and every time we are at this location in Charlotte, they always forget something we ordered. We mostly didn't catch it until we got home until this last visit. They had us park to wait. Once our food was brought to us, I made my husband wait as I worked hard for my money and don't treat our selves to McDonald's often, so when I checked, they missed my 2 mc chickens. I LOVE THIS MCDONALDS! My colleagues and I most recently enjoyed this franchise at 10pm and were greeted by smiling employees. The lobby was very spaced out and our group was able to sit comfortable, in a clean well kept environment. We ordered $30 of ice cream, and most of us were pleased. I am slightly disappointed in the fact that the McFlurry’s are no longer stirred, the toppings are only placed on top. Getting real sick of having to wait 20 plus minutes for food after ordering. Then get the food and something is always wrong or missing. Today I waited for over 20 minutes for two happy meals. If I want to wait that long I can go sit down somewhere and have an actual meal!
