Melissa the manager and are great employees, always working and trying to make up the differences. More kids work at night and evening shifts. Common sense helps everyone. Not watching football games on there phones like has been seen with day shift people. Everyone can watch it at home on there tv. People in charge need to show respect, empathy and common sense. Every table in the play area was dirty. We were there for an hour and no one came in to clean. During that time I believe that an employee came in to deliver a meal 3 times. Just delivered food and left. I decided to try the new chicken strips that were advertised. I did not like the flavor. They were lukewarm at best so the flavor may have been a bit better if hot. I thought of going up to ask for hotter ones but I didn't want to hassle with getting my granddaughter out...

Food came quick but they forgot an item so we had to go back to the counter.
Play area was too loud, as kids were sometimes yelling and, a lot of the time, running.
