We were the only people in the drive-thru, but we waited 10 minutes for the food. Food was luke warm. The gentleman who took the order over the intercom was not very friendly. The woman at the window did apologize for taking so long.

Sucks driving out of your way to eat at Rally's. They're open!! My truck doesn't fit through their drive thru. Their staff can't take orders at the front window like other Rallys do. Why have a menu out front and a window that you don't use???Another Hot Trash fast food place. Don't open a fast food place if you can't handle the work load!! Hillbillies.

Oh my gosh this place is horrible. I've never written a review like this but as a paying customer I want to warn others to avoid this place. The food its self is horrible, I've had Checkers and it was good but this Rallys/Checkers is not good sorry.

Came up to the walk up window with my co worker and was told we couldn’t order there because they were short staffed, so we go through the drive thru and are then told they aren’t allowed to do separate orders in a car? When I proceeded to say you just forced me to come through the drive, I was yelled at by a complete moron male worker telling me “I needed to watch my mouth when I talk to customers or I won’t get served anything” ????? HEY MORON I AM THE CUSTOMER!!!!!! I will never in my life come back to this place.

I love the retro look of Rally’s. But they tend to get a bit dingy on the outside with lack of maintenance.Parking: Parking on both sides of store, with handicap spaces. But this is a drive in, with no inside dining. So there really isn’t much of a need for parking unless you want to eat your burger in parking lot before moving on.

Food was good and hot. I was just glad I had some sauce packets at home as they gave me none for my 8pc chicken tender meal. They asked what sauce I wanted when ordering but didn't put any in the bag. But the food was good and hot/fresh.

Hard to understand the drive thru employee while taking my order and was treated very poorly when I asked for them to repeat what they had said. After getting my food I didn’t receive an entire meal and wrong drinks. When asking for the correct food I was talked to as if I was irritating them for asking. When I got home my food it was thrown together to make it very unappetizing. It absolutely went right in the trash. The male that was working was extremely unprofessional and I will not be going back. What a shame to treat people with such unkindness.
