No ice. Food was good. 2 drive up windows. And only one side works. Walk up orders are not available. It's the site of the old hot-n-now. And hasn't been well maintained. In general I like Rally's. They just let this one go.
I went through the drive thru, the intercom sounds like a dying furby. One person pushed the drive thru attendant out of the way to have their back to me as i waited for my food. I had to ask for my drink which was warm, no ice. My drink ended up being warmer than my food.

Rally's is a restaurant that serves good food at reasonable prices, despite its slightly rundown appearance. The service is generally friendly, and many customers have praised the staff for being nice and respectful, especially at the drive-thru. While some experiences have noted that food can sometimes be lukewarm or orders may take a while during peak hours, there have also been positive remarks about quick service, particularly with the Big Buford combo. The restaurant features a unique retro atmosphere and convenient drive-thru service, but it may benefit from some maintenance to enhance its overall appearance. Some customers have mentioned issues like missing sauces with certain items, but overall, the food continues to be appreciated.
