Bad Brads BBQ - Carry Out and Catering

We recently had Bad Brads BBQ cater our family event, and they blew us away. They exceeded every expectation from start to finish! The food was an absolute hit—every single guest couldn’t stop raving about it and were thrilled to take home leftovers. Even days later, people were still talking about how it was hands-down the best BBQ they’ve had in the area.

The brisket was incredibly tender with just the right amount of smoke, the pulled pork was juicy and full of flavor, and the smoked sausage had the perfect snap and seasoning. The mac n cheese was creamy, rich, and comforting, and the sweet potatoes were the perfect sweet-savory balance.

The catering team was professional, and our pickup order was ready right on time—hot, fresh, and neatly packed. The entire process was effortless, and the food stayed delicious all day long, with guests going back for second and third helpings. It’s clear they take great pride in both the quality of their food and the service they provide.

We’ll definitely be ordering from them again—whether it’s for another event or simply to satisfy a serious BBQ craving. Absolutely five stars!

Food was great but a bit pricey. My company uses them for corporate events so I thought I would patronize for Father's Day and was I surprised with the service I received when I asked for extra barbecue sauce for a $300 order and was told I had enough already and would have to pay for a tiny cup of sauce. I asked to speak with the manager and to my surprise the person talking to me with the demeaning look and attitude was the manager-Dawn. For our next corporate I will be recommending another company. Very disappointing with the lack of service and attitudes at this location.

Went to the location on Groesbeck and ordered take out. They only do take out. This is not a sit down restaurant. The food was worth every penny. Ordered full slab of ribs, side of mac, corn bread, and 1/2pit beans 1/2 potato salad. And grabbed some fresh lemonade. Take out order took about 20 minutes. Next time I'll order ahead. Everything was so good. 100% recommend.

This is the first time at this location. This location is only a few minutes down the road from my house and I have never been here. I have been at the other dine in locations, and the food had always been great so I figured that I would try this location today for lunch. We got the barbecue nachos which is absolutely fantastic, and we also got the brisket with mac & cheese and potato salad. And mac & cheese is hot and cheesy, Great flavor, the potato salad is really good as well, I wish I would’ve come to this location sooner. Highly recommend! I will be back regularly at this location

I have to say every single time I have dined at this establishment. The food has been nothing less than amazing! 321 sauce is my favorite hands down! I'm in love with the pulled chicken sandwich! Their coleslaw is top-notch. I can't say enough great things about the quality of this food! And the service is right up there with it to match

As always Bad Brads never disappoints. Great food, great service. Keeps us coming back all the time. Got the carnivore pizza, bbq nachos and pork belly burnt ends. Such amazing flavor in everything.

Ordered Big Pig Gig for the shop. Its always a special treat for the guys on our team. Food is great and the service. My favorite BBQ hands down.
