Went to this location and both ladies was true dolls. They was very professional and friendly. Will be back. If I had the extra money ? I would have left a tip. While the Coldstone part of this location looked sort of like an afterthought (being shoved at the end of a Tim Hortons), they still had everything a normal Coldstone would offer, the staff was kind and helped us out when we needed it. I loved the "boo batter" and especially the color (they apparently didn't get the black dye for it, but I LOVE the purple!), my boyfriend didn't really love the cotton candy flavor but it was still a good experience.
