Came in to get myself some ice cream. Short blond lady at the counter had an immediate attitude when I asked for ice cream. Had an attitude while asking me what I wanted and kept cutting me off. Started telling me they didn’t have the toppings I was asking for. She was extremely rude, and had a nasty look on her face the entire time. Opted on leaving with nothing.

We went to this location in the summer with our family and were not disappointed. Their ice cream was fantastic and their service was good too. The restaurant had a small ice cream shop feel and was fine enough for sitting and eating our ice cream.

Myself and my fiancé went in cold stone/Tim Hortons and while waiting already for 15 minutes with one other gentleman who was also getting tired of waiting, in walks a lady and her baby, and we watched her walk behind the counter (so I’m assuming she works there), she proceeds to have the only young man working fix her a bowl of ice cream ( while customers are waiting), then i over hear her say she’s the manager.
