Review 2023: Don't know what's happened here in the past year but the service and portion sizes have gone down hill. Been here 2 times this week ordering the same thing (2 kiddy cones and 1 large cone) they make every cone the exact size (super small). When I question them about the large size being made the same size as the kiddy cone they offer to remake it and STILL make it the same size! Glad there's other locations that practices the standard dairy queen portion sizes nearby....read full review

I think they should have at least one manager on duty over 18. They just don't seem like they want to be there. I just grabbed some Dilly bars out of the freezer and left. I didn't want to bother
