“My favorite sub is the Italian and Jersey Mike's is the BEST I've ever eaten. The meat is really high quality and the ham is especially very flavorful. The first time I ever got one, I was astonished at the amount of meat they put on them...I couldn't hardly bite into it, lol. I especially like that they cook their own roast beef right there and slice it as needed, as well as bake their own sub rolls...you can't get fresher than that!!!“

“Cheryl's Diggity Dogs is as American as it gets located in front of Lowe's, the biggest store in a strip mall on a section of Gratiot lined on either side with car dealerships. The hotdogs or polish sausages are great and you can get a pop and bag of chips for not much extra. One of my favorite places for a snack on my way home from work. Cheryl is very friendly, I'm not sure the name of the other employee but she is also nice. My only complaint is that the hours seem slightly irregular“

“I love this location so much it's not even funny. My husband and I don't live in the area but whenever we want Popeyes we drive all the way to this one! Food is always good and properly cooked, and the cashiers are usually pretty nice. I always go in, so I don't know what the drive thru is like.“

“Was inspired to make this review because my sandwich was spectacularly bomb this time around, but everyone who works here is always kind and polite, and they always get my order correct and distribute the food evenly and fairly. I was honestly shocked to see so many negative reviews before I realized none of you must have ever worked any kind of customer service job before.. that or you’re just plain stupid. If you’re seriously taking the time to come on here to try to ruin the reputation of a bunch of people working minimum wage to make you a sandwich you could easily make at home (since you so clearly have enough free time to leave a nasty google review)… You need to grow up. Lol. Stop leaving google reviews about CORPORATE ISSUES (food distribution, prices, stock, etc) on random restaurant locations. “My husband and daughter were really impressed by how nice, friendly, and helpful the drive through cashier at this restaurant was about a half hour ago. Young guy with glasses and curly hair and a pierced ear. Said he really went above and beyond to be helpful and it's the kindest experience my husband has ever had in a restaurant.“

“The Papa John’s on 16 & Gratiot always does a great job. The food is consistently good, orders are right, and everyone there is always friendly.

I especially wanted to give a shoutout to Kurt and Nick. They’re both great guys, always have a good attitude, and are cool to talk to whenever I’m in there. You can tell they care about taking care of customers, and it definitely doesn’t go unnoticed.
