“Had to drive a bit since Carlos at Shook/Jefferson closed but this location is worth the drive. Ordered the family deal. Pizzas and cheesey bread were excellent. Met the owner Steve who was great to talk with and he keeps a clean establishment. Get the spicy pepperoni!“

“My favorite sub is the Italian and Jersey Mike's is the BEST I've ever eaten. The meat is really high quality and the ham is especially very flavorful. The first time I ever got one, I was astonished at the amount of meat they put on them...I couldn't hardly bite into it, lol. I especially like that they cook their own roast beef right there and slice it as needed, as well as bake their own sub rolls...you can't get fresher than that!!!“

“Cheryl's Diggity Dogs is as American as it gets located in front of Lowe's, the biggest store in a strip mall on a section of Gratiot lined on either side with car dealerships. The hotdogs or polish sausages are great and you can get a pop and bag of chips for not much extra. One of my favorite places for a snack on my way home from work. Cheryl is very friendly, I'm not sure the name of the other employee but she is also nice. My only complaint is that the hours seem slightly irregular“

But I will ALSO say, the way this young lady at the front counter was mild mannered, working diligently to get everyone out & was kind is what made the experience. I honestly could’ve waited 30mins and not cared because I saw them TRYING with the few staff they had. You go girl!“

“Drive-thru pickup for my mom and was (again) greeted by the NICEST, best-mannered older gentleman aged 75+ who absolutely makes this an exceptional Burger King. Also, the food was fantastic, per my mom (Whopper--no mayo--and small unsalted fries). It was quick, correct, NEAT (no items sloppily thrown together) and even the handoff was pleasant by the second employee and their genuine, warm smile. Kudos to whoever hired these great team members.“

“The Papa John’s on 16 & Gratiot always does a great job. The food is consistently good, orders are right, and everyone there is always friendly.

I especially wanted to give a shoutout to Kurt and Nick. They’re both great guys, always have a good attitude, and are cool to talk to whenever I’m in there. You can tell they care about taking care of customers, and it definitely doesn’t go unnoticed.

“I love a good burger & fries from Five Guys. These burgers are not greasy & do not give me heartburn or indigestion. The fries are made fresh (they use real potatoes), and they always put twice as many fries in the bag. They have free in the shell peanuts. They're self-serve, so you can eat as much as you want. They are pretty pricey, but we don't eat out often, so when we do eat there, it's a treat. I have not yet tried their shakes.
FYI: This is NOT a traditional sit-down restaurant where a waitress seats you and takes your order. Just don't get your hopes up for a nice fancy place. You go in and order at the counter. But they're so soooooo good. I just wish they offered a combo deal for the burger

“The store at Harper and 15 mile in Clinton township is amongst one of the best fast food establishments I have the luxury of going to. The service is top notch. They never forget anything and the food is always delicious and tastes the same every single time. The employees at this location deserve raises.“

“I ate here everyday for a week. They're consistently on point. The boyz here are running shop flawlessly. When it's slow theyre not standing around they're cleaning, sweeping floors, prepping food, changing trash bags, filling the ice in the vending machine, cleaning bathrooms. Food was always good, left the review cause the employees were just impressive to observe. If your a manager or owner of this location be proud of your staff 👏 👍“
