“I usually go to Penn Station for their great Italian sub sandwich (on white bread), and of course for their fabulous freshly made fries. This time I has a coupon for a free Hot Honey Chicken sub. Not very colorful (see photo), but still quite tasty. I’d do it again. Also, I have signed up for Penn Station rewards, and today I received a free small fry. Deandre was the server, and helped ensure I got them both for free. Great service, great deal, nice sandwich!!“

“My favorite sub is the Italian and Jersey Mike's is the BEST I've ever eaten. The meat is really high quality and the ham is especially very flavorful. The first time I ever got one, I was astonished at the amount of meat they put on them...I couldn't hardly bite into it, lol. I especially like that they cook their own roast beef right there and slice it as needed, as well as bake their own sub rolls...you can't get fresher than that!!!“

“Was inspired to make this review because my sandwich was spectacularly bomb this time around, but everyone who works here is always kind and polite, and they always get my order correct and distribute the food evenly and fairly. I was honestly shocked to see so many negative reviews before I realized none of you must have ever worked any kind of customer service job before.. that or you’re just plain stupid. If you’re seriously taking the time to come on here to try to ruin the reputation of a bunch of people working minimum wage to make you a sandwich you could easily make at home (since you so clearly have enough free time to leave a nasty google review)… You need to grow up. Lol. Stop leaving google reviews about CORPORATE ISSUES (food distribution, prices, stock, etc) on random restaurant locations. “I ate here everyday for a week. They're consistently on point. The boyz here are running shop flawlessly. When it's slow theyre not standing around they're cleaning, sweeping floors, prepping food, changing trash bags, filling the ice in the vending machine, cleaning bathrooms. Food was always good, left the review cause the employees were just impressive to observe. If your a manager or owner of this location be proud of your staff 👏 👍“
