I meant to take a picture but it was so good I ate it freak fast!!!!
I had a problem with Uber eats and the team at Jimmy John's made it right. They handled it like pros. Kudos to the team working around 630pm on 10 1. Nice job folks!
So clean and the girl behind the counter was genuinely one of the sweetest people i’ve met and so was the other woman, they were both in such a good mood and had me leaving so happy! I appreciate their service and they make me wanna return JUST for their smiles! The recent power outage was hard on everyone and it was so sweet to have the community giving to others through joy:)

Jimmy John's offers a great dining experience with a welcoming environment and friendly staff. Customers consistently praise the delicious food, particularly the JJBLT and Spicy Italian sandwiches. The restaurant is known for its excellent customer service, with staff members like Tyler, who greet customers with smiles and are patient with special requests. However, there have been some recent concerns about order accuracy and preparation times, especially for online orders. Some customers have experienced issues with missing items or incorrect modifications, such as mayonnaise on sandwiches. While the overall experience remains positive, customers have noticed changes in portion sizes for items like the tom turkey sub, with fewer tomatoes and cucumbers than before. Despite these concerns, Jimmy John's continues to be a reliable and recommended choice for a satisfying meal.
