Excellent customer service and food. Shout out to Nicole, half of my sandwich wasn't in the bag (I forgot to check before I left), and she called me to correct the mistake and make sure I got the other half of the sandwich. I've never had that happen at a fast food place. Plus the food is always really well made here, highly recommend.

Usually get great service. Today I got my order and it was missing comdements that were on the ticket. Not too upset, but watch fit that stuff because that costed extra for items that weren't provided

First off I want to make it clear. I absolutely love Jimmy John's. The sandwiches are fantastic. Problem is the service at this particular location seems to be lacking. This is the third time they've gotten my order wrong. And once I've picked up my order and gone back to work, I can't come back and get it fixed. Today I ordered an unwich.
