Chalupa shells are stale. If you ever get a tough Chalupa shell it means it's sat there for hours. This place recently has stale Chalupa shells and it's cost me over 75 thinking they'd do better next time. No go.
If you order through the app, you will not receive your sauces or fulfill selected customizations, drink was 3/4 filled, burrito was not grilled or easy on beans, and multiple food items are smashed/thrown together. The lady at the window is sweet and friendly, yet it is a very long wait compared to any other location. They direct traffic while you're in the drive-thru line to manipulate the time clock to reflect a shorter wait time in their computer system. Won't be returning...read full review

We had just went through the drive through and had a wonderful experience with Teresa. She was very sweet and fast and kind. One of the only times I would say I would come back to Taco Bell just because of her.
