This Popeyes location on southbound Gratiot Avenue is one of the most poorly managed restaurants I have dealt with. I placed an order through DoorDash, and the store confirmed it without apparently checking the order details or verifying that the food was available. Only after my Dasher arrived did the employees tell him they did not have what I ordered. Had a mobile order, they told me to pull forward. Waited there for 35 minutes and the food was still messed up..
First time having the shrimp and it was so good. Id love that ghost pepper on spicy tenders too. and the workers were very friendly and on point. Clean and good location
