The food is great. The concept is great. But, this is the 2nd time I've gone to this location where, when paying cash, they can't make change and the meal cost me up to 80/90 cents more. They seem to keep no coin to make change. I usually tip at the window but not when they do that. That rubs me the wrong way.

I purchased a 2 piece white meat chicken only. I have been to this location when the service and product were not so good, the chicken was leathery and seems left over and twice fried. This was not the case
Today! The chicken was a light golden brown, moist inside, and crispy. It appears that the oil was clean.The customer service was great as well. Keep up the good work!
