When in the world did Wendy's start tasting like shoe leather??? I have been a Wendy's customer since Wendy's originated I know what they used to taste like and I know what they taste like now.. I don't know if it's just this Wendy's, but, never again!!!!
I was very disappointed in the service I was given at the front counter with my elderly aunt. The cashier was rude and kept cutting me off while I was talking. It wasn't to just me either. He didn't listen to what I was saying and kept speaking to me like I was an idiot. Even after stating that I was hard of hearing. The food was fine, but the experience was honestly tiring and bad. Awful! Awful awful! Manager was nice and competent. The workers are completely incompetent. We waited over a half hour to get a messed up order & the part that was correct was old & cold. Unfortunately we weren't the only ones dealing with this. Had some woman in there got her order wrong several times. Workers are clueless & lazy. Manager needs to fire all of them! Never again.
