“Usually everything is excellent and I told that to the woman waiting on me. Unfortunately, this time I felt the chicken was a overdone and dry, as were the biscuits. (I should have taken pictures ) Also, I ordered the 8 piece meal, and 1/2 was spicy and 1/2 was famous, which they did do, however in the spicy box there were the thigh, and leg, but 2 wings and no breast. I hope this was just an anomaly because I really like Lee's and have ordered multiple times with no problems. I will give them another chance.“

I always call in my orders, and I have enjoyed my FAVS chicken, chicken tenders, and pizza without fail; I have been so busy enjoying the goodies that I don't recall ever posting a review. So as I prepare to place a catering order, I thought I will post snippets of my over 5 year experience of this Awesome Chester location: quality chicken, ingredients, cooks on their job always, all spaces always clean and SERVICE is GOOOD TOO!!

“Got a half slab of ribs, the super combo, which was a slab of ribs, 12 pieces of chicken and two side orders. Got the broasted potatoes for side orders and they were delicious as were the chicken and ribs. A bit pricey, but we don’t order from here very often. This place was not my first choice because we usually get our broasted chicken and ribs from Lazybones on Groesbeck but they closed on April 12. What a bummer.“

“Great experience at Popeyes yesterday . This young gentleman working there was friendly, respectful, and very professional. He greeted me with a positive attitude and provided excellent customer service. It’s clear he works hard and cares about the customers. Popeyes is lucky to have an employee like him!“

“So the atmosphere and the service was not that great. The place still feels like it's in 2022 lockdown and the woman working the counter clearly hated being there. However, the fried chicken and biscuits were on point. I would rate this as the best fast food fried chicken.“

“I purchased a 2 piece white meat chicken only. I have been to this location when the service and product were not so good, the chicken was leathery and seems left over and twice fried. This was not the case
Today! The chicken was a light golden brown, moist inside, and crispy. It appears that the oil was clean.The customer service was great as well. Keep up the good work!“

“I hate to be a karen But when you ask for Condiments And not Receive anything That shows you how bad customer service is. Spent forty five Dollars and asked 3 times for honey packs and when I got home , not 1 honey pack. I hate eating the biscuits dry !!!“
