Super slow every time I come to this store I wait 15 to 20 minutes to have my order taken. I'm pretty sure the guy running the counter is stoned and the manager is yelling at an employee who is just following orders. Foods okay but not worth the wait or hassle
Never seem to get a delivery order right and once received "that's definitely not chicken."When food is fresh and made right AND the order is correct, it's decent. Best fast food mac and cheese around too.

It must be a requirement to work there to either not care, not to notice, or just flat out laziness when it comes to customer service.EVERY Popeyes I go to is like this. It's too bad because the food is awesome, but the people there, not so much. There should be a sign on the door and drive thru that says "Abandoned all hope of customer service to all who enter."Not 1 * because of the food quality.
