This has to be the lowest location in customer service. I recently went there and waited in line for 20 minutes at 3pm just to hear the lady come on and she was very unfriendly. She ruined my whole afternoon. If you are going to be in customer service then give people good service. Don’t get in the intercom and act like you hate your job.

I just went to the Popeyes on 19 mile & Hayes, ordered a chicken sandwich... it was old.... I took it back and asked for a fresh sandwich.... got home and the second sandwich had a BUCKET of mayonnaise on it.... I threw that $5.29 in the garbage. Although the drivethru was fine I didn't appreciate the unlady who at the front counter who gave me a dirty look for no reason. She should be glad that I am not a secret shopper or she would of gotten written up. I us to work in fast food So I know how it goes. But anyway she needs to be fired if that is how she treats customers.

Tried the fish sandwich and I have to admit that it's the best fast food fish sandwich. The fries are really good too. I don't eat much fast food but this place was worth the wait for fresh, hot, good sandwich.

They are terrible of there service !!! You have to wait no less then 20 minutes of before someone comes to the drive thrue to even take your order , with only one car ahead of you ! I tried them 3 times all at different times same thing each time I go so basically I figured the management is terrible or the way they are trained to work , they take one car at a time until one car is out of the way with there food then someone will take your order , I have never experienced this with any drive thrue like that before !! This location on 19 mile rd in Clinton Township is a disaster they need training help serious help

It must be a requirement to work there to either not care, not to notice, or just flat out laziness when it comes to customer service.EVERY Popeyes I go to is like this. It's too bad because the food is awesome, but the people there, not so much. There should be a sign on the door and drive thru that says "Abandoned all hope of customer service to all who enter."Not 1 * because of the food quality.

Dear MgtPopeyes is known and highly frequented for the wings that you have. I thought you probably needed to be reminded of this as you tell your paying customers that you can not sell whole wings anymore as a combo or a la carte. You say you have to save them for the family meals because you have been running out, but if wings are what the customers want, than you should be providing that. I guarantee you that this "company policy" will not be fruitful. Trying to force the customers to buy more chicken is asinine. You will definitely lose business as you just lost mine and I was a frequent customer. Also, please train your employees to have a little more tact when expressing these "new policies" to your customers. No need to respond, just fyi.
Service here is absolutely ridiculous!! The staff acts as if you deciding to patronize them is a inconvenience to them .

Super slow every time I come to this store I wait 15 to 20 minutes to have my order taken. I'm pretty sure the guy running the counter is stoned and the manager is yelling at an employee who is just following orders. Foods okay but not worth the wait or hassle
