I always customize my order everytime online and this time it did not go through correctly? If you were to look at my order history you'll see I never get onions or tomatoes and always add Grey Poupon mustard to my sandwich! So my order was completely wetting this time.

Ownership is really the ones to blame.. this jimmy johns has never been great, and it all starts with the owner due to lack of training. Theres absolutely ZERO leadership in there which is why half the s*** I get there comes out wrong. I mean its gotten so bad, I have to remind them to gut my sub (#5) which already comes gutted.

I like their food. But they're kind of cheap you have to ask for a bag and napkins. The owner tells the employees not to give you a bag unless you get more than one sandwich and I like to have the bag to put the rappers with mayonnaise and things on rather than getting it on the interior of my car and I like more than one napkin.
