I love this location so much it's not even funny. My husband and I don't live in the area but whenever we want Popeyes we drive all the way to this one! Food is always good and properly cooked, and the cashiers are usually pretty nice. I always go in, so I don't know what the drive thru is like.
I would like to Highly Commend these 3 Awesome Managers, Aderianna, Kayla and Jade, GM for their efficiency, kindness and outstanding services to me and my family on our recent visits. These young ladies are hard workers with a pleasant attitude which is very rare these days! Thank You Girls for making our dinners happy and enjoyable! Sharon R.

Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen on Hall Road is a restaurant that customers drive past other locations to visit. The food is always good and properly cooked, and the chicken is usually good. The 5 piece tenders are fresh, hot, crispy, and tasted really good. Everything came out perfect and the food was definitely worth it. The food is always hot and fresh, and the place is very clean on the inside. Customers do not have to ask for any condiments. The cashiers are usually pretty nice, and the customer service in the Drive-Thru as well as on the inside is exceptional. The managers are commended for their efficiency, kindness, and outstanding services. They are hard workers with a pleasant attitude. The blonde girl with the face piercings at the front was super nice and helpful, with great customer service, and was friendly. The GM had the best sincerest personality. It was really busy, but the crew handled everything really well, worked together, kept the line moving as fast as they could, and still made sure the customers were taken care of. Customers feel like they have to give them a tip. One issue is that online orders may say ready but are not. Sometimes they forget condiments or biscuits, so check your order.
