HARLOW was running the register, manning the drive through, helping cook on the line, if she isn’t a manager yet, she should be! MAJOR team player and all while keeping a smile on her face!!!! “Staff had great customer service, bathrooms clean,pop station wiped down and cleaned, dinning room look sweet and all tables cleaned, food looked appealing,portions of food demonstrated properly,food was accurate temperature staff had clean unifkrms,nails trimmed hair pulled back,no hair in food! Great job!!!“

“Wife just got home with a couple subs for our dinner. Looks like they were made by some awesome people who give little to zero crap about anything in their lives. The sub had next to no veggies on it. Literally meat, a few sprinkles of lettuce, and that was it. For how expensive their subs can be, it is not worth it. We won't be going back anytime soon. We've given them far too many chances. This location is horrible.“

I am a traveling nurse and I'm constantly on the road. Unfortunately I eat fast food quite often. Each visit to a fast food restaurant I encounter the same thing bad customer service and unpleasant employees. On 6/2 around 10:15am I stopped in Dundee on my way to Ohio and it was the first time in a couple of years that I used the drive thru and actually encountered a pleasant employee who offered excellent customer service. Kudos to Amy! She literally made my morning just a little bit brighter with her pleasant and friendly service. I wish there were more people in the service industry like Amy.

“Me and my lover came in amidst our 2 and a half hour drive for lunch, we had our sandwiches all made then we ordered the footlong cookie but they were out, but we happened to be lucky enough that the staff gave us 2 free chocolate chip cookies and they were fresh too! Not to mention it was overall just a nice clean enviorment, kind workers, and as always great food!“
