“Amy is awesome!
I am a traveling nurse and I'm constantly on the road. Unfortunately I eat fast food quite often. Each visit to a fast food restaurant I encounter the same thing bad customer service and unpleasant employees. On 6/2 around 10:15am I stopped in Dundee on my way to Ohio and it was the first time in a couple of years that I used the drive thru and actually encountered a pleasant employee who offered excellent customer service. Kudos to Amy! She literally made my morning just a little bit brighter with her pleasant and friendly service. I wish there were more people in the service industry like Amy.

We came in at a particularly busy time and he still offered to bring my food out to the table, despite running around putting out 100 other fires.

“I just had to leave a review!! The nicest girls ever took my order and gave me my food, all I got was a fry and I asked for a drink but didnt know that it came out tommorow. The girl was so sweet about it, and when they handed us our food they also gave us a drink 🫡❤️ nicest people ever the girl was so nice 1000% coming again“

“Outstanding food. Came for dinner - decent line in the drive thru but we ate inside. Moved quickly and the food was the freshest I've ever had at any Wendy's. Absolutely delish and made perfectly - the woman at the counter was super polite and attentive. Great job!“

“Fantastic place to eat!! Just happened to be in Ida on Taco Tuesday. Got 2 crispy tacos and the best margaritas ive ever had for just $9! Was a great lunch. Service was awesome will be back for sure“

“First time at this Applebee's, they did a great job to be honest. My only complaint is the portion sizes, especially the salads, but my bartender Amber saved the day. She was polite, attentive and quick with everything she did. Its the little things that matter. Too top it off the manager was there at the door to hold it for me and thank me for coming it. Good job guys!“
