“First time at this Applebee's, they did a great job to be honest. My only complaint is the portion sizes, especially the salads, but my bartender Amber saved the day. She was polite, attentive and quick with everything she did. Its the little things that matter. Too top it off the manager was there at the door to hold it for me and thank me for coming it. Good job guys!”

Customer service was A1 and I ordered food for 3 people, and left with a box!!! They were very kind and gave us plates and free water to sit out at the picnic tables to eat together and watch the sunset!

“The food is incredible, but I recently dined there and paid with credit card, which I will never do again. What I was charged with on my bank statement was quite a bit higher. They bring the machine to the table to pay, and I left 0 tip on credit because I like to leave cash. The ending credit card amount was like I left a 20 percent tip on card. I have no receipt, because when they bring the machine to the table it doesn’t spit out one. Lesson learned.”

“We have come to this restaurant many times and always have had a great meal. Tonight I tried something I never had before and it was a disappointment. It was the sweet and sour chicken. It had two small pieces of pineapple and 4 thin slices of carrot with a lot of chicken. There was a clear sauce which I believe was corn syrup but it could have been anything. Definitely not a sweet and sour that I imagined. I would not recommend this dish. I will go back to this restaurant and get something I have had before that was delicious.”

“Wife just got home with a couple subs for our dinner. Looks like they were made by some awesome people who give little to zero crap about anything in their lives. The sub had next to no veggies on it. Literally meat, a few sprinkles of lettuce, and that was it. For how expensive their subs can be, it is not worth it. We won't be going back anytime soon. We've given them far too many chances. This location is horrible.”

“We arrived on a Tuesday night at 8:35 pm, after driving 10 hours up from Virginia. Even though the place was empty, and they close at 9:00 p.m., they were so welcoming and kind. We told them that we would hurry, but they kept telling us we didn't need to worry about that, and that we should take our time. Our food came out very quickly and we were done by about 9:00. The whole time we were there, they were so kind, and we never felt ruahed by the staff.. The food tasted very fresh and was nicely prepared. The wait staff was very accommodating, and the manager was very personable. The place was clean and we had a great experience! You guys rock!”
