Pizza was cold and done 20 minutes before the remainder of the order. Three cheese bread had 5X the necessary butter and was flat. The boneless wings were ok, but cold and I ordered bone in wings. I should’ve waited before I tipped. Two walk in customers left before me after placing their orders 20 minutes after me ?.

My kids like this from time to time so we have it in our rotation when we grab take out. It is nice to pick different flavor crusts if you are in the mood for something different.

Will not order again their delivery website is broken and when they called to get an address the delivery driver screamed in my ear and then once she got the address it took over a half hour to get here from less than 5 minutes away and when asked the driver explained she delivered other orders before ours. When calling the restaurant the manager told us we were liars and the driver wouldn’t do that. Even though we’ve been ordering from them for over 3 years and have never seen this driver before. The general manager was no help either. After this experience we’re done with hungry Howies we will order SORRENTOS.

Can’t believe the way the drivers and managers speak to customers, had the driver scream in my phone because she doesn’t know how to read an address and when brought up to management was told that employee wouldn’t do

Do not go here, this place has been problematic since I have been going. I literally live just 2 mins, how is it possible to be cold when I get home. I have not ordered from here in a while and last night thought I would order a ham pizza. NOT COMING BACK, the customer service even picking up my food was a disgrace the gal behind the counter ringing me up was rude as can be, the pizza was cold and mind you again I don’t live far from this place. I am sorry but I’m taking my business elsewhere.

I recently order a works pizza online which is normally great. Before I even opened the box you can normally smell how good it is but I had a cold. So then I opened the box and saw all the grease! so I called the store to complain the lady answered the phone and she said there was nothing she could do and hung up the phone. That is the last time I order from the store 0039

**DO NOT GO HERE**YOU WILL GET SICK**If I could give no stars i never take the time to write reviews but this is SICK. It was beyond disgusting. NOT EVEN CLOSE TO BEING COOKED THROUGH!! Ridiculous. I normally don’t have a problem with them however a couple of weeks ago I ordered a small pizza for my daughter to be delivered to her for lunch at gymnastics which is maybe 2 miles away. The pizza came later then advised and also cold!! I was very disappointed. I gave them 3 stars because when I called to ask where the pizza was, the delivery guy was coming into the gym and the employee I was on the phone with was apologizing, we opened the pizza and it was cold. So she did her best to resolve the issue. She offered sending another however my daughters break was over because he arrived late so she placed a credit on my account.**UPDATE** They have rectified the issue I had and I was pleased with the results.
