Been to this location 4 times in the last 12 months on the way home from my husbands work. This location is HORRID. They constantly miss the apples in my toddlers happy meal and tell me “just ask for ____ next time you’re in” even though it doesn’t work. They drink up charge us 20 cents for a medium drink in the happy meal even though I never ask for that. Very slow service, constantly mess up the order and don’t listen or care to fix it. Drive a few miles more and go somewhere else.
Guys get it together please. Look I know your working for next to nothing and you just want go home but if you could find some time to make fresh or at lest keep semi-fresh food for your customers it’d go along way especially when I pay over $20 for 4 items. I used to work for McDonald’s and so I know for a fact this food was made over 40mins ago and that sucks. First of all I love my Carmel ice cream sundae to be like it was just made when we get to the pick up window not to have a soupy look to it. Like you could drink the top portion also did not receive a spoon. So had to park & run back in for a spoon & my daughter wanted honey mustard with her chicken nuggets & in the bag was sweet and sour sauce. The manager there gave me a new Carmel sundae and for my daughter he gave me a honey mustard sauce. Now if I was the manager I would of also replace her chicken nuggets or given a refund on the whole purchase. That would make happy customers!!
