I would have gave more stars but the only reason I don't is because I never know if my food is going to be fresh or if it's been sitting and sometimes the staff is very rude I'm not saying all of them because they are some very nice ones
The customer service received at this location is always top notch. They should be the prototype for other McDonald's locations, especially the location @ 18001 Hall Rd Macomb, MI 48044 where the service has really degraded. Keep up the good work!
Great place, they always have fresh food and great customer service. Unfortunately they’re always short staffed or having staffing issues though which can make wait times absolutely excruciating. 15-20 minutes sometimes for just a sandwich and some French fries, and that’s with no line and no one ahead of you inside. It’s like they ignore their sit in customers sometimes and blame staffing.
