ordered breakfast. this place can never get a order right. tried calling them but never answered the phone but when they did they just hung up. food was made wrong and ice cold.
Ordered a Sausage, egg, and cheese McGriddle, waiting at the window for 3-5 minutes. Got home and realized they gave me a Bacon, egg, and cheese McGriddle instead. It couldn’t have been an accident because I saw the screen, she repeated my order, and when I was handed my food, she repeated the order again.
Not even a one star. They didn't put the lid on my small coffee they wouldn't upcharge at the window and didn't let me know I was getting a miniature coffee with my $5 meal... that was also messed up twice. Rude service and general manager does not know how to handle customers who were treated poorly by staff.
