(Night shift)Did not answer on drive thru (inner one)had to park and go in. Food was hot...but because it was busy. Fry cup less then half full had to ask for pop cup that I ordered. Customer service sucks!
Only reason for 4 stars is bc last visit my mcgriddle was cold, and I got it from the drive-thru and opened it immediately to eat too. Sad. heat it up before you give it out at least?🤷🏻♀️
Slow service, not very coordinated or on top of things but, it was the night shift. The fries were hot and fresh but the frappe I ordered wasn't blended well because it still had big ice chunks in it. And they seemed annoyed when I had to wait longer and ask for a straw.
