twice my order did not have cheese. The first order was double cheeseburgers, the next time it was big macs. The manager was rude and said she watched them put cheese on the big macs. she refused to give her name. I will not go to this particular mcdonalds again.
The place was busy which is ok. but employees were playing around and the ff weren’t even cooked. Order was incorrect.
After pulling into an empty drive thru (2 lanes) they proceeded to take 3 orders from 3 different cars in the other lane before taking ours. When we complained, the ‘manager’ told us to be ‘more patient’. She was non apologetic and rude. She would not provide her name, her manager’s name or the owner of the restaurant’s name.
