Great experience at Popeyes yesterday . This young gentleman working there was friendly, respectful, and very professional. He greeted me with a positive attitude and provided excellent customer service. It’s clear he works hard and cares about the customers. Popeyes is lucky to have an employee like him!

Please lay off the spices a little. The regular chicken tenders were as spicy as the spicy tenders. We also got spicy tenders and those were twice as spicy . Also, mashed potatoes and gravy had WAY too many spices added, as they were spicy as well and they are not supposed to be spicy. Too much spice in the food that my child couldn’t even handle it. Also, the fried pickles tasted like chemicals and we couldn’t even eat them.

Somehow the three cars in front of me took 5 minutes each to order. I took 30-60 seconds, but they didn't give me a plain like I ordered for my kid. Window cashier was training someone. Mac and cheese bowl was 1/3 full. Didn't give us fork/spoon to eat it with. Sandwich was good. Fries were good.

Horrible! The staff is always young and unprofessional! They always screw up your order and make you wait long periods of time! Oh yeah the regular lemonade always sucks on purpose because they are forcing customers to buy the more expensive frozen lemonade!!!!! I HATE THIS LOCATION!!!!! FIRE THE ENTIRE STAFF AND START OVER!!!!

I've never written a review for a fast food location before, but I felt compelled to based on my consistently good experience here. The staff is incredibly friendly...every person I have interacted with has been exceptionally pleasant. The food is always fresh and delicious as well. I typically use the drive thru, but on the occasion I did go inside, I found that it was very clean, including the restrooms.

Ordered a barbecue bacon chicken sandwich in the drag through. My order was correct and hot. Super tasty, but just a tad bit heavy on the barbecue sauce.

Daija and the rest of the crew couldn’t get their names was fantastic tonight. She even helped me set up my mobile app. I am a 60 year-old woman that has hard time with standing. She even bought the food to where I was sitting at so I didn’t have to get up. This is the customer service that every restaurant needs I am so glad I stopped here. On my way home literally made my day how sweet and nice the whole entire crew was. Food was fresh and hot I definitely will be back

I prefer KFC chicken to Popeyes. My daughter prefers Popeyes much more. That princess gets her way most of the time. It was very good, and I would go again as long as I was with my daughter.
