My boyfriend went to pick up two sandwiches we ordered on the app, both sandwiches were made on the wrong bread without lettuce and mine had so much Mayo on it that it was literally dripping- called 3 times in a row to talk to the store about this and was sent to a full voicemail box every time

I came in ordered a spicy nacho sub and stated the number listed for the sub for spicy chicken nacho. I only order this sub one time. Didnt know there was 2 type of spicy nacho subs. Got home took a bite and noticed theres no chicken. Called and was told nothing can be done.
I will not give this location anymore of my money. I will not be coming back to this location. If I could give a 0 star rating, I most definitely would.

I walked in and they had music playing so loud that I could not even hear what the girl behind the counter was saying to me. I couldn't take that loud music. I sat there for a few minutes going through my phone to look for a sale on the app which I couldn't find. Thinking maybe that they would turn the music down but nope it was still blasting so I left. It seems like that location has really gone downhill.

They advertise 6.99 sub but not at this location at least when I went on 8/30/24 they don't let you know that until you get to register

This was my go-to Subway (nice staff, tasty food and clean), but recently I am not sure what's happening with the meat portion sizes. The new metal cover "to ensure freshness" only seems to make it so now I cannot see the tiny portions of meat on my sub. My double meat sub is now about 1/2 of what it used to be , for the same price. I probably won't be coming back.

Entered to see 3 employees & only 1 male working, the other 2 ladies were in the back. Once he finished a 6 inch order, he promptly greeted me, prepped my 2 6inch subs, however notified me he only had enough tuna for one order. From my knowledge as a former subway employee (was 16yrs old) & a friend of a multi franchise owner, there’s typically prep. Nonetheless, I thanked him for the notice, & put the chips/drinks back. A lady came from the back & offered to assist, as there were now 2 people in line (myself included), but once I put the items back she began an attempt to mock, “Tuna Tuna Tuna, & don’t come back.”Nonetheless, the guy’s service wasn’t indecent, the lack of prep isn’t the greatest issue, things happen. The mockery from the lady was unnecessary, & if she were to be in the city or burbs, someone with time would’ve checked her. 1:10pm.

The last two times I went to this location, they didn't have all the meats because they say their distributors didn't have their order, so I got half of a sandwich. I come into today, it says they close at 8 pm, as soon as I walk in the door at 6 pm, a guy behind the counter covered in face tattoos tells me "We're closed" 2 hours before it says they are closed, and there were also customers inside of the restaurant taking orders. Never going back to this location again.

The lunch meat is so thin! I was really wanting to try the pretzels and you could knock on a fire with it… terrible food for that price ! Spent $31 when I can and will make my own subs from now on… I even paid extra to have extra meat which was a terrible portion… definitely won’t be doing subway no more! When the employee has to look at the board to make a sub to know what’s on it and not even ask you how you want it that made it worse!
