The best french vanilla caps there are but the staff is always changing. As soon as i get used to one person they are gone. Im not.sure if this is a training facility and they send new hires here before they get their permanent place or not. If thats not the case then corperate needs to look at the cause of high turnover rate with employees!

Nate did such a fabulous job making my sandwich and especially coffee! So good. I used to work here a while ago along with a lot of other Tim Hortons and this one was the best! 5 stars go to NATE!!!! Very hard working young man.Vegetarian options: Great!
I broke down and spent the week waiting for my truck in the garage I stayed in a hotel not far from this Tim Horton excellent clean service I had my coffee every morning and my breakfast I I am Canadian and this was the first time I tried a franchise on the American side 100 for 100 satisfied I hope that the franchise will be established throughout the United States one day thank you very much for your service???

Went in for breakfast. Ended up in the drive through. Service was good. Food that was served was mediocre. Used to getting better quality food. Drive thru was fast and appropriate.

I went through the drive through and the Latte I ordered was weak! I called and made it clear I would return the Latte. When I did 4 days later with receipt, this rude miniature "Karen" wearing glasses. Gives me my Latte back and it was a medium and my original drink was large. She had a nasty attitude!! And stated "Next time I won't replace this because its a week old, from the receipt " .Apparently she can't count, its 4 days ago. That's besides the point, when I spend $30.00 to $40.00 a month buying coffee from your franchise. Then you treat loyal customer as if its your coffee, and don't have the "Customer service " training to say sorry, or here's a coupon or donut for your inconvenience. Some restaurant owners need to really check the folks their hiring. Because they don't realize, there are plenty of options!Never coming back there, taking my money where I know I receive better service.??

The coldstone we got here was absolutely terrible. Cake batter Ice cream tasted like Play-Doh and was gritty. The cotton candy was also just as gritty as if sand was in it. Was absolutely terrible and tasted nothing like the stand alone stores. Don't recommend.
