Usually a great location, but it’s irritating how anytime I order a drink other than a brewed coffee, I have to pull into a parking spot and wait. Kind of defeats the purpose and even Starbucks doesn’t make me park and there’s takes a lot longer
I’ve been going to this location for many years. I had a recent positive experience where a mistake was made with my coffee order…I didn’t taste it until I got to work and realized there was sugar added when I only ordered it with cream. I made a phone call and the gentleman on the phone was able to look up my order and realized they must have given me the order that was meant for the person behind me. The staff is the absolute best here. They care about people and take care of their customers properly. When I pull in the Parking lot in the mornings, they know my car and start making my food before I even enter the store. They always look out for me. The food is always fresh and appealing. My order is always correct and made just the way I like it. 10/10 this store is better than all the other Tim Hortons in a 20 mile radius.
