Good Food, terrible service. The service has been questionable for some time. We only went once a year and a half ago and it was bad. Our friends have been there twice in the past month and they said the same thing both times. Good food, terrible service. Even when the place is not busy.
I ordered a steak medium, it was super dry , looked white in color took 1 bite that was it , husband ordered shrimp and potatoe wedges came out burned , waitress was awesome, drinks were fantastic, food not so great , pretty horrible, maybe an off night who knows
We have been to Chase Creek Smoke House numerous times and we had the BEST service by far with Kayla, our waitress!!! She was super friendly and very thoughtful to making sure we were taken care of!!
