This location is usually pretty busy due to the fact that it's right in the middle of the Houghton lake area! I never have to wait very long for my food and even if there's a long line it's always moving quickly. Never had a bad experience and all the years I've been coming here.
3 stars overall because it’s newly remodeled. The crispy chicken sandwich was the worst piece of chicken I’ve ever had. Full of gristle, tough, non edible. Threw it out. Waste of a $10 meal. Too bad I started to eat until 10 miles out.

Stood at the counter for 5 min. Never got waited on. They could see me there.I just wanted a pop. Not returning honestly. Not everyone wants to work and use kiosk.Miss the good ole days.
