Great food in a comfortable, homey atmosphere. Anything served on a biscuit there is worthy of Grandma's best cooking. The chicken on a biscuit features a crispy, but not overbattered chicken breast on a buttery, flaky biscuit and the egg sandwiches are made with local eggs with big, beautiful yolks. These folks also serve local jam and locally roasted coffee. Some of the servers we've had there are young and have a bit to learn but the great food and cozy atmosphere make a stop at Bosio Biscuit Co. worth practicing a bit of patience.

All the food is excellent and everything from biscuits, to jam & salad dressing is made in house. I've never been disappointed. This business listens to their customers and are more than willing to try to incorporate their suggestions into their menu. Bosio Biscuit is a welcome asset to our community. I have been here three times now. Biscuits and gravy are so delicious. Then I had poutine with pork then poutine with brisket--both were equally delicious! My friend got chicken and biscuits and asked for sausage gravy on the side, and he raved about it for days. Stephen, the owner, was super friendly to us, and you can tell he is focused on customer satisfaction. Well worth the short drive from town to this fun little eatery. I'll be back again soon!

Yesterday was the first time we've been to this place.It has such a nice, family-friendly atmosphere.The owner greeted us promptly and was incredibly friendly. He answered any questions I had regarding my sensitivity to wheat.I tried the Poutine.It was incredible.It has such a light smokey flavor with the pulled pork, The gravy that was poured over the dish of crispy fresh cut fries, cheese curds, and smoked pulled pork, was so flavorful and delicious. Not only was this dish tasty, but it was also fun to eat.I will definitely be ordering this dish when we go there again.My husband had a grilled cheese sandwich and loaded potato soup.We took some homemade biscuits and gravy to go, for the kids.One thing I was surprised to see on the menu, was a unique homemade buttermilk-vanilla ice cream. Of course, we had to give it a try.I thought it had an interesting flavor. It was a delicious blend of sweetness, creaminess, with a mild buttermilk taste. While I only had a small spoonful, my husband finished the scoop of ice cream with a cinnamon sugar donut.We had a wonderful time.We'll definitely be coming back to this gem of a place in the middle of the country on the Tapiola rd.
