Great food in a comfortable, homey atmosphere. Anything served on a biscuit there is worthy of Grandma's best cooking. The chicken on a biscuit features a crispy, but not overbattered chicken breast on a buttery, flaky biscuit and the egg sandwiches are made with local eggs with big, beautiful yolks. These folks also serve local jam and locally roasted coffee. All the food is excellent and everything from biscuits, to jam & salad dressing is made in house. I've never been disappointed. This business listens to their customers and are more than willing to try to incorporate their suggestions into their menu. Bosio Biscuit is a welcome asset to our community.
