Karen very rude! Another simple order screwed up! Blame new workers even 10 yrs later, when will BK management do something about how rude and impossible this lady is! Maybe workers would stay take pride working there!!! She doesn't or hasn't for year's!!! Rediculious shame on Owners continue to allow
