Whenever I go through Chelsea, I have to stop here for their vietnamese iced coffee! The chocolate custard-filled long john is another go-to treat. A few tables make it a nice place to chill for a bit.

I had a bad experience with their donuts on a Friday morning in June. They were heavy with grease and tasted like old frying oil, I bought 5 for our family but we tasted 2 and threw the rest out. Not great selection either. Hoping this is just a one-off.
