The food is good and the portions are generous. There are signs indicating they are short-staffed, but the waitstaff is attentive and friendly. Go at an off-peak time to minimize any service delay. There is a kids menu, but my kids often order a larger adult meal to split.
Service was slow at first, took a while to get our drinks. Food was good but came out wrong (soft shells vs hard shells) and they didn't offer to correct it, just apologized. This won't stop us from going back.

We visited for the first time for dinner on a Saturday night. There was no wait and we were seated immediately in a beautifully decorated and private booth. The waiter came immediately with chips and salsa and took our drink orders. We ordered a side of guacamole and it was good - seasoned well with chunky tomatoes, onion and cilantro.
