I had an Uber driver pick up my order from this place. According to him you guys closed your store early and almost didn’t even give him the order, and when you did you gave him an incomplete order and rushed him out. This is absolutely ridiculous and stupid that this even happened

I don't eat here, regardless what location but this particular location is horrible. I do door dash and both times I was sent to this location the food was made 30 minutes before pick up time, first time the food was cold, bag was not sealed, had to ask for the drink and the bottom of the bag was soggy, second time going here bag was sealed surprisingly but made 39 minutes before pickup time and was cold and bottom of bag soggy. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!

This Taco Bell was the best we’ve ever had. We went on Wednesday night, before Thanksgiving and not only was the drive thru moving very fast, when we got to the window I couldn’t even put my straw in my drink before the very nice lady handed us our food. We pulled out, took our first bite and it was piping hot! Best Taco Bell ever! Amazing! Love you Chelsea Taco Bell!

Staff is always rude and every time I go here there’s at least one item on my order that’s missing and they aren’t willing to do anything about it. Just tell me well there was a bunch of orders before you.

The store is consistently understaffed, and it appears many employees are still in training. Even simple orders take a long time to prepare, leading to lengthy waits. Waited over fifteen minutes today! The staff seem overworked and stressed, which comes across in some customer interactions.

Worst taco bell ever. Ordered through the app in advance. Got there and was told to park and wait. Meanwhile 10-15 cars come and go through the drive through. Cancel the app order and go straight to the drive through where I get a large soda that's 90% ice, no sauce, no napkins, no fork. It's bad.

I walked in, and while yes I could have used the screens to order, I shouldn't have to, more than one employee saw me and completely ignored me, I walked out after probably ten minutes without even being asked if I'd been helped or anything. also the guys bathroom is pretty gnarly. Hand sanitizer does not cut it as a hand soap.

Dine-in was closed at noon with no sign on the door. Drive through took over 15 minutes. Location appeared understaffed. Ordered a chips & cheese, but got no cheese and only had 6 chips in the bag. This was a first in 30 years patronizing Taco Bell. Taco meat was not drained, and tacos were very greasy and sloppy. One taco has no lettuce. Worst Taco Bell experience in many years.
