No longer serve their best menu items. Waste of space business at this point. Other taco bell locations still sell these items, making this store uniquely garbage.

First off I sat at the drive through window watch a girl just stand there and making herself a drink while I waited 5 mins to pay her. I continued to wait another 5-8 mins waiting on my food. When I finally got my chicken cantina burrito I noticed the extra pack of avocado salsa wasn't there like I ordered. After taking a couple bites I tasted something other than what I ordered. When I tried to call them no one answered and it went to a personal voicemail that had no greeting. Never again.

The person on the speaker kept making and asking if I wanted sauce. I kept saying no thank you. Once we got our order the burritos were cold.
Worst service ever got all my order wrong all my hard tacos were soft falling apart ever 1 and I got 6 ordered 4 Dorito tacos got 6 tacos worst ever had and I travel all over the US gone 275 days a yr traveling. Bad bad bad don’t waste your time.

Actual time they open is 930am. They will literally ignore you, both drive through and lobby, if you come between 9a-930a. I've never seen anything like it. Like, they could just tell me they aren't ready. But they just ignore and wait for you to leave.
