The staff here are so great! They're so nice and they have such happy attitudes that it is a pleasure to go in there and not a hassle! You can go in there in such a bad mood and leave smiling because their energy is so infectious!
This Taco Bell was the best we’ve ever had. We went on Wednesday night, before Thanksgiving and not only was the drive thru moving very fast, when we got to the window I couldn’t even put my straw in my drink before the very nice lady handed us our food. We pulled out, took our first bite and it was piping hot! Best Taco Bell ever! Amazing! Love you Chelsea Taco Bell!
The store is consistently understaffed, and it appears many employees are still in training. Even simple orders take a long time to prepare, leading to lengthy waits. Waited over fifteen minutes today! The staff seem overworked and stressed, which comes across in some customer interactions.
