We used Ugly Dog for all of the liquor at our wedding and could not have been happier. Rob Midas was so easy to work with, and he even tucked in a special wedding gift for us. Great liquor, great local Michigan story, and we used their bottles as gifts as well. Highly recommend for events or just for your own bar cart.
Visited for the first time. The special cocktails were excellent . Michael the manager was very accommodating and gave me a history of the operation. After a couple samples I made my purchases. Definitely will return. PS: They are involved in the community. 👍🇺🇸
Ugly Dog is a wonderful distillery/cocktail bar in downtown Chelsea. It’s got some unique decor to spruce up the place, and it’s quite cozy. The bartender was very friendly, and the drink menu was surprisingly extensive. I settled on trying the apricot lane this time, and it was very good. It was well made and was ready quickly. The flavor had a great mixture of citrus and apricot going on, and I enjoyed every sip. I’d go here more often if I lived nearby. This distillery...
