Amazing staff who are very kind if you have any problems, as a new customer of bigby the ladies I encountered today have cemented me as a new customer. They were very sweet even when it was basically my bad and remade my drink, I wish I had their names but amazing ladies! Great matcha! Just get it blended lol

Everyone is ALWAYS so cheerful and helpful! If I don't understand the drinks they take the time to explain everything in detail! The new manager is great, always making sure her team is well trained and up to date on current menu changes!
