I've been going to this Biggby location weekly (or almost so) for a few months now. The employees are always friendly and helpful, and the food and drinks are always accurate and good-tasting. They forgot my muffin once and I called upon realizing it; they said they realized they'd forgotten after I drove off and then said I could come back and get it or they could take my name down so I could get a free one in the future. Very polite and courteous every time.
They haven’t quite gotten a flow down yet to get the line moving. Especially slower in the mornings with 10min wait time on average when there’s more than 2 cars in line. Drinks and food are put together well and served hot. Just not a very quick location, so give yourself more time if you’re in a hurry.
